Mid Summer Daylong Meditation in Nature Retreat

All-Day retreats offer the opportunity to immerse in the practices of mindfulness meditation within a wild landscape. Guided meditations and short discussions on theme/intention are interwoven throughout the day.

Join Amarin for a day long experience in Nature, unwind, breathe, wander, reconnect! Nourishing plant based lunch/snacks and locally harvested tea is provided.

In these times of uncertainty, it can be easy to forget our connectedness and recoil from the world in an attempt to protect ourselves. It has never been so essential to gather again, on the earth, remembering our true place in things.

Learn more the benefits of nature practice.

Saturday July 30th 9:30am - 5pm $180 single $300 couple
Location: Bragg Creek details sent via email
