You can exhale here
You have always belonged.
Welcome home.
In a world that asks us to move faster, produce more, and stay constantly connected, many of us find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and disconnected—from ourselves, from one another, and from the living world around us.
Experience Journeys offers nature-based experiences that support nervous system regulation, mindfulness, connection, and wellbeing in the wild spaces west of Bragg Creek, AB, Canada.
Together, we slow down.
We listen.
We remember what it feels like to belong.
We Belong to This Living World
There is a quiet wisdom found in wild places.
The rhythm of flowing water.
The steadiness of the trees.
The chorus of birdsong.
The vastness of the night sky.
When we slow down enough to notice, something begins to soften.
Our breathing deepens.
Our attention returns.
Our nervous systems settle.
And often, we discover that we are not separate from nature—we are part of it.
Through mindfulness, gentle movement, forest bathing, restorative hammock experiences, and guided nature connection practices, Experience Journeys creates opportunities to reconnect with yourself and the living world around you.
Each of us holds an innate capacity for healing, growth, and wholeness.
When we slow down and enter into relationship with the living world, supported by gentle guidance and mindful presence, there is space for our healing intelligence to meet the wisdom of the living world. It is within this relationship that healing, insight, regulation, resilience, and belonging can gently unfold.
My name is Amarin Dawn, and it is an honour to gently accompany others as they enter into relationship with the living world.

Experiences may weave together guided meditation, breath practices, mindfulness, gentle energy work, and contemplative forest meandering, all thoughtfully tailored to support restoration, nervous system regulation, and connection.

Day Retreats & Immersive Experiences
Healing rarely happens in a hurry.
Whether for a few hours, a full day, or several days, these immersive experiences offer an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to a more natural rhythm.
Together we slow down, listen deeply, cultivate presence, and explore our connection with the living world. Along the way, many discover greater calm, clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of belonging.

Meet Amarin
Raised in Jasper National Park and rooted in the Elbow River watershed west of Bragg Creek for more than three decades, I have spent much of my life in relationship with the rivers, forests, meadows, mountains, and countless beings that call this place home.
These forests are not simply where I guide—they are where I have learned some of life's most important lessons about presence, resilience, connection, and belonging.
For more than twenty-five years, I have guided people through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative practices. Today, through Experience Journeys, I bring together those teachings with a lifelong love of the natural world, creating opportunities for people to slow down, reconnect, and remember their place within the larger web of life.
When we remember that we belong to this living world, care naturally flows—to ourselves, to one another, and to the Earth.
What Becomes Possible When We Remember We Belong?
When we begin to experience ourselves not as separate from the living world, but as participants within it, something begins to shift.
Our nervous systems soften.
Presence returns.
Wonder awakens.
Relationship deepens.
Compassion grows.
Care begins to flow—toward ourselves, toward one another, and toward the Earth.
Perhaps this is one of nature's quiet gifts.
As our sense of belonging deepens, so too does our capacity to care.
Through mindfulness, forest therapy, gentle movement, restorative hammock experiences, and guided nature connection, my intention is not simply to help people spend time in nature, but to cultivate a relationship with the living world—one that continues to support, nourish, and gently guide long after our time together has ended.
Because when we remember that we belong, care begins to flow naturally. And from that care, new ways of living with ourselves, one another, and the Earth become possible.
Closing Invitation
The forest does not ask you to become someone else.
The river does not ask you to be more productive.
The meadow does not ask you to prove your worth.
They simply invite you to arrive.
To breathe.
To listen.
To remember.
Perhaps that is enough.
Welcome home.
“I have only had a handful of experiences in my life that I can honestly say have been game changing and my day with Amarin and Dave can now be added to that list.”
