ReAwakening Your Roots Retreat

Unwind, relax, reset and reconnect… with self, the human and more than human world.

This four day retreat is an invitation to the remembrance that you are connected to everything.

We have a saying in Forest & Nature Therapy ‘The Forest is the Therapist and the Guide opens the doors’…

Our ‘Therapists ‘for this immersive experience is a pristine 10 acre forest,  the pacific ocean, cool humid air,  coastal winds, expansive night skies ,the sun, eagles, otters, star fish and crabs, ancient old growth forests and whoever else shows up from the more than human world.

I am Amarin Dawn and I am honoured to be your guide.

Over these four days I will invite you to explore the infinite web of interconnection  through gentle yoga practices,  mindfulness meditation softly guided in natural spaces, guided nature therapy walks, solo wanderings through forests , opportunities to investigate tidal pools, beach time and fireside conversation.   Let’s laugh and play together, investigate, invite interest and curiosity, take the time to pause to savour presence, silence, joy, peace, love and our shared gratitude and compassion for this life.

Our nourishment during this time will all be plant based, sourced from a local family run farm.  More about our chef will be shared with registration confirmation.

I invite you to visit this link to familiarize yourself with where we will be staying.  In addition to the 3 bedrooms in the home, there are two forest yurts. This space will support 7 - 9 participants,  each with their own bed.

This four day experience includes: three nights accommodation, all experiences including field trip to Old Growth forests, plant based meals and lite snacks

$820 - Shared rooms own bed

$1075 - Private room
