Short walks to breath taking vistas, meandering strolls through forests and meadows, riverside reflection and sits under majestic mother trees… join Amarin for a variety of mindfulness based practices in some of her favourite natural spaces in the Bragg Creek area.

MEET YOUR GUIDE AMARIN DAWN

Amarin Dawn is a guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, a certified Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga Teacher, Outdoor Council of Canada hiking guide and apprentice guide with Interpretive Guides of Canada, Wilderness Medic, and teacher trainee with ‘Awake in The Wild’ . Amarin is mos importantly a lover of the natural world! She inspires a remembrance of one’s true nature and deep connection within the tapestry of life. She lives, works and plays at the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, respecting these are Treaty 7 lands.
